Thoroughly enjoyed the Downtown Studio. Clean, spacious with a complimentary mini-bar and useful tips for local tours. The small bathroom sink design was frustrating. Would recommend joining a pub crawl for a fun evening nearby.

Exceptionally clean place in funky style with all necessary facilities. Great and fantastic location really close to the Ovolo Laneways for a 4 night stay, numerous theatres, countless restaurants, the main shopping precinct, State Library of Vic, Fed Square, Southbank and much more, and the famous Pellegrino cafe and great bookshops on Bourke St Good value.

The bathroom sink was uncomfortably tiny!!! Noise from the outside bins was disruptive at early hours!!! The lack of natural light in the room was disappointing!!!

The room was immaculately clean and trendy and offered a lounge, baggage storage and ipad. The bathroom was luxurious, though the views were typical. Its location a 10-15 minute walking distance from Cbd was marvellous. Btw, went to city center, located approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

Very convenient to city and MCG, NGV. All you need is in the room. Very quiet spot in Lt Bourke st. Great big comfy bed. Great shower.

The linen was too small for the big bed. Could not open wardrobe properly due to the big bed +++ & ------.The breakfast area is pretty cold for winter time, summer time would be OK . Heaps of places to b'fast nearby.

The room was large but had such poor setup, i couldn't watch the tv comfortably. The bathroom was small, with zero space for my essentials. I guess i expected at least a little special treatment for my stay, but apparently, that's too much to ask. Almost gave them 5 stars but just couldn't.

This studio apartment was perfect for our overniter in the city to attend a show. It has some kitchen facilities so if you want to eat in you can. Location is fantastic for many of the theatres in Melbourne and also many restaurants, in particular, Chinatown. We would return in a heartbeat!!

The location of the hotel was excellent.

Housekeeping were poor, dirty dishes not taken with them, beds not made properly, bathroom not cleaned, sinks not wiped. Car park for hotel was located to far from the hotel a good 10-15 minute walk...If your thinking of getting a car for your Melbourne trip I would reconsider...parking is so expensive!

What we didn't like about the hotel was our miniscule bathroom and it's general state of disrepair and what repairsjad been done were sloppy i'n the extreme.

The place is awesome with free coffee every morning and a candy station in the lobby that was a fun surprise! I really enjoyed unwinding at the happy hour and loved the cozy atmosphere while playing games in the lounge. The only tiny downside was that the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times, but it didn’t ruin my stay. 😊

Location- near great restaurants and bars. it was quite even though it was so central. clean and reflected the website so it met our expectations.

Main thing was the spa was out of order. that was disappointing but unavoidable

The location to China Town and city shopping. The bed was very comfortable.

I did not like 1. the car park being so far away. 2. The reception being different building. 3. The lifts were very slow and old. 4. The rooms were pooly cleaned. 5. The bathroom layout was poorly designed and lacked space for the vanity.
